RISE 1:1 Coaching is a twelve-week, virtual, private coaching experience for women who are ready to move beyond expectations and create lives that truly fit.

This is not a quick fix or a push to become someone else.
It’s a spacious, mindset-first journey designed to help you reconnect with your strengths, clarify what matters most, and walk forward with confidence and intention.

Using the RISE Framework™, we work together in a calm, one-on-one space to support meaningful change that honors your whole life—your values, responsibilities, and season.

Program Outline

R — Reclaim Your Purpose (Weeks 1–3)

We begin by slowing down and creating space to reconnect with what matters most.

Together, we explore:

  • where you may feel disconnected or stuck
     
  • which expectations you’re ready to release
     
  • what brings meaning, energy, and alignment

This phase helps you come home to yourself and reconnect with your inner compass.
 

I — Identify Goals That Truly Fit (Weeks 4–6)

With clarity comes direction.

In this phase, we:

  • define goals rooted in your values—not external pressure
     
  • separate what you want from what you feel you should want
     
  • create a realistic, motivating vision forward

You don’t need a new life—just one that fits better.


S — Shift Mindset & Habits (Weeks 7–9)

This is where change becomes sustainable.

We focus on:

  • recognizing thought patterns that lead to self-doubt or over-functioning
     
  • shifting beliefs that keep you stuck or second-guessing yourself
     
  • building habits that support confidence, clarity, and self-trust

Rather than forcing change, we gently shift how you think, respond, and lead yourself.

 

E — Embrace the Woman You’re Becoming (Weeks 10–12)

In the final phase, we integrate your growth into everyday life.

You’ll:

  • strengthen self-leadership and decision-making
     
  • practice choosing from alignment rather than fear
     
  • move forward with confidence, steadiness, and intention

This is about embodiment—living your life differently, not just thinking about it differently.
